We created it to fill a gap: bringing a national-level event to the South, one that brings together producers from across Italy.
For three days, we create a space where cheese is explored in all its forms, where tradition and innovation meet, and where connections turn into real opportunities.
Casearia is built on a clear vision: to become a reference point for those who produce cheese, work with it and seek it out.
